Car Stolen!! - Not ours, but one of our friend's on Thursday night. Fortunately for him, he recovered his car by Friday night. It seems there were many cars stolen on that particular night. From his building itself, another car was stolen. And when that car was recovered, it was found that all the tyres were gone, and the windows were all broken, lol!! In comparison to that, our friend got his car in petty good shape, without much loss. But, the whole weekend DH nad few other friends were literally in the police station registering FIR, and finishing all the other formalities after the recovery of the car. Well the phrase "All is well that ends well" really apllies here. Phew!!
Our car had also been given this weekend for some minor works. Got it late last night only. Thank God for that!! So, what I did this weekend. I finished reading two books - Code to Zero by Ken Folett and Tell me Your Dreams by Sidney Sheldon (I had read this book earlier, but couldn't keep it down once I started reading it again).
N is turning 5 this Friday. And she wants a big party with everybody in attendance. And boy, is she excited!! So, I am literally busy with all the planning and preparations. Only 4 days remaining and so much of work to be done. The weekend just passed off in all the car troubles. The cake has been ordered. Catering order is yet to be given. Thankfully N's dress has been bought. but she wants all the accessories. Return gifts have to be bought and packed. Yeah, shopping all remaining, and absolutely no idea what I am going to wear. Phew!!
