2 days back, came to know that my brother has to undergo an operation on Friday. He was having leg cramps, swelling on legs, and back pain for quite some time. Last week, he went for complete checkup. After MRI scan, it was noticed that 2 of the spinal cord discs are dislocated at the lower back, and the spinal nerve is kinda jammed between them. My parents consulted few docs. Everybody are of the same opinion. So, he's gotta have an operation.
For all of us, it was quite a big shock. He is an athletic kind of a person. Goes to the gym regularly, learned karate for close to 12 years. Plays football and cricket on weekends. And, he is only 26!! My parents are tense and worried. And, I can't even go to Delhi to be with them. Even though such operations are normal nowadays. Still when it comes to someone close to us, we feel tensed.
