Guru

This weekend we watched "GURU", a Bollywood movie. It's directed by Mani Ratnam, and the main cast includes Abhisekh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Mithun Chakraborty. A very wonderful movie. It's different than the normal Bollywood masala movies.


In a decades spanning movie, Abhisekh stars as Gurukant Desai (Guru) - an ambitious villager who doesn't take no for an answer and goes on to become one of the richest industrialists of the country. Ash plays his wife, who he married for her large dowry.

It's a movie worth watching. The songs are also nice and enjoyful.
