Our Khairan desert camping went absolutely well. The weather was warm & sunny during the day, though it became really cold in the night. It was for me like coming back to nature. Al Mulla camp is set up for 6 months, from Oct-March. It's taken down mid-March. What all is not there - 1 tent is playing area, with lots of indoor games like table tennis, soccer, carrom etc. They even have a party hall in 1 tent.
We had an absolutely wonderful time. Reached there Thursday afternoon. Played cricket, badminton till evening. Then went indoors for indoor games. Barbeque at night. After food, again games. Didn't even sleep a wink at night. Some of them took a nap for say 1-2 hrs. I just couldn't. Saw the early morning sunrise. It was really awesome!! Too good for words. After breakfast, time for more games and fun.
Yesterday, left there around 2.00 pm after lunch. Didn't feel like coming back to our normal life. But all in all, had a wonderful time with a wonderful set of good old friends. Really a fabulous experience....
Even though we slept early last night, now I am feeling drowsy at work.LOL! And morning, DH was sneezing & coughing (Is another bout of sickness coming)..N seems fine. She has to be. It's her exams this week..

wow ! just reminded me 1987 when our house was being re-built and i was sleeping under small tree [ on a cot ofcourse ] for a month !!! it was really fun !!
