Party season!

From this week onwards all the parties are gonna going to start. Christmas, Id, New Year. Id falls on 30th Dec. There are gonna going to be a bunch of holidays - govt. emp. have 9 days holidays starting from 28th Dec., till 5th Jan. 28th & 29th weekend hols., 30th, 31st Id hols, 1st New Year, 2nd & 3rd just for the heck of it, 4th & 5th again weekend. DH also has all these hols ( even though he is not a Govt. emp.). As for poor me, I will get from 29th till 1st only,LOL!!

Now parties - Christmas eve there is one, 28th Anju has called a bunch of us for Christmas party at her home. 29th I am calling Anju & family for lunch ( mainly cos her sis and BIL will be in Kuwait for a week). And that is the only time I can squeeze in to call them. New Year Eve party is potluck one. Everyone making one dish. My contribution this year will be Kerala style Chicken curry. Before that there is gonna going to be an Id party too. I guess the hols are going to be eating ones. Ha!! No time to plan an outing also, LOL!!
