Dusty weekend

Yeah! the weekend has been really dusty, here. Actually, it has been dusty for the past 4-5 days. As a result, you can't go out, and be at home. Thursday night was really bad. Friday morning, we woke up to a dust full house. The dust gets in even if you keep all the doors and windows closed. With my maid having her day off, I literally spent my day cleaning the whole house, LOL.
N has this dust related allergies. She was sneezing the whole day. But otherwise, she seems fine. Thank God for that. I don't think I can handle her getting sick again. Even I had a real bad headache. After a good night's sleep, I feel absolutely fine.
Bad news - According to weather experts, this dusty weather may continue for several more days.

It's cold...

The winters this time in Kuwait is real cold!! It's being said that this winters are the coldest in the past 20 years or so. During the Eid, New Year holidays, the temperature dropped to -2C. Last 2 - 3 days have been better at 60C - 10C........But the forecast - expect the temperature to drop further, mostly during the coming weekend and the following week. Brr! Can't just think of going out! LOL!!
N is better now. Her antibiotics course still going on.She missed school yday and today. She had a card making competition in her class before Christmas holidays. She had made a Christmas tree. And guess what! She has been selected for the final competition which is to be held in her school on 13th Jan. She is eagerly waiting for that day!!

Nice Climate!

Yeah, climate in Kuwait is very nice nowadays. It is neither hot nor cold at all. And not dusty also, till now. LOL. Nice breeze. Very cool in the evenings. Yday me and my friend D, went for a walk in the evening along with the kids. The kiddos had a great time. Her son, K is only 1.6 yrs old. Both the kids enjoyed the evening. And even we did. It rained slightly in between. But, our building compound has both covered and uncovered areas. So, it was OK.
Enjoying the climate now. Very soon it will get cold!!

And before, I forget, Niyati's visa formality all finished. Her Civil - ID is ready. Have to collect it today. Next year, both her passport renewal, and visa renewal there. Till then, enjoy!!
